First Nations Health Authority Counselling

The FNHA mental health benefit covers the services of qualified mental health providers, including psychologists, clinical counsellors, and social workers.

Counselling provides an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a therapist in a non-judgmental, safe, and confidential space. Our counsellors work from a holistic and collaborative approach. We acknowledge you as the expert of your own experience and see the resilience inherent within each person and within each community.
