Counselling Services
OUR THERAPISTS OFFER A RANGE OF ONLINE AND IN-PERSON SERVICES
We provide free initial consultations so you can be sure it feels like a good fit.
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling provides an opportunity to meet one on one with a therapist in a non-judgemental, safe, and confidential space. This space is yours to explore whatever it is that you need.
Relationship Counselling
Relationships can be hard. You and your partner will meet with a therapist who provides a neutral space to help work through the challenges while cultivating communication and connection.
EMDR
Therapy
EMDR therapy may be a good option for you if you have been working on specific challenges for some time, yet have not come to a sense of peace or resolution. The acronym EMDR stands for “eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.”
Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy is talk therapy conducted while walking outside and connecting with nature rather than being inside. Each experience will be created just for you, reflecting your specific goals, interests and state of being at the time we meet.
Depth Psychotherapy
Depth psychotherapy, focuses on you as a whole person. This type of therapy helps you consider what lies beneath the surface of your conscious thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relational patterns.
Clinical Supervision
Depth-Oriented Clinical Supervision offers counsellors, therapists, and mental health professionals a confidential, one-on-one space to reflect deeply on their clinical work, strengthen their therapeutic skills, and cultivate confidence.
Group Supervision
A Jungian-informed, depth-oriented group supervision experience integrating theory with real-world case work. The group explores transference, countertransference, and the relational field, with experiential exercises that engage unconscious material.
CVAP Counselling
If you’ve been impacted by a crime, you don’t have to navigate the healing process alone. Through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), individuals affected by crime may be eligible for funded counselling services to help process trauma.
