Get clear on what you need and where you’re going.

Most of us have fleeting ideas of what we want to be, do or have in our lives, but they remain just that: fleeting. After all, who has the time to intentionally get clear about and connect with what we want to create?

Increasing numbers of people say that they intentionally created outcomes by using a simple tool: Vision Boards. A Vision Board is a way to disentangle from the thoughts and beliefs that aren’t ours, a way to actively participate in creating a life that feels right.

As someone who has made my own Vision Boards (and created some amazing results!), I’ve learned it’s more than just slapping a picture onto a poster board. It’s about first getting clear and aligned, working through what’s in the way, while tapping into a vision that calls to you.

That’s why I’m leading a 1 day VISION-BOARD RETREAT... to give you the space you need to intentionally access parts of you that need voice and space, to connect with what feels right, and create a Vision Board that will align you to your ideal outcomes.

Clarity on what you really want, from the inside out.

  • Space and time to map out your ideal outcomes

  • Connection with like-minded peers

  • A method, rooted in clinical psychology, to acknowledge and  tap into unconscious parts of yourself and work through the natural “muck” that arises

  • Meditations and visualizations that you can take home with you

  • All the tools and time to create your own powerful Vision Board (You don’t have to bring a thing. I’ve got all the materials you need right in the room!)

  • Your very own Vision Board to take home and effortlessly attract your ideal outcomes in the months ahead

  • A full day of breathing room and dream-time (When do we ever give ourselves this?)
