Welcome! My name is Liana and I am a strong believer in balance on mental, physical, conscious and unconscious levels. The great Swiss Psychotherapist, Carl Jung said “I must also have a dark side if I am to be whole”, this comes from the acknowledgement of the parts of ourselves that we like, and those parts that we are uncomfortable with. 

Most of the time it is easiest to push the darker parts of ourselves aside. We put these parts in a box in the back of our minds, triple padlock it, and voila! We have outsmarted our emotions, we get back to everyday life and forget all about it. Unfortunately these locked away parts of ourselves can grow in potency until the box you put them in explodes. When we ignore these parts of ourselves they can manifest in debilitating anxiety, depression, anger, and unhealthy projection onto our relationships and communities.

When we allow the darker parts of ourselves to surface, we give them room to breathe, they are less potent and can be integrated into our whole selves. In fact, when integrated, these emotions can positively affect our relationships and the way we interact with the world, we experience shifts such as greater self-worth, confidence, clarity, trust, improved communication, and increased creativity.

Depending on your preferences and needs, I use an integrated approach drawing from depth psychology, CBT, yoga, and mindfulness tools. It is my wish that here you will find the space you need to integrate, heal, grow, and become the person you are meant to be.
